That’s a wrap for the first inclusion round of 2024!
Thanks so much to everyone who got involved by running or walking, providing gifts to the winners of the club run, donating to Breast Cancer Network Australia, helping set up the celebration station and coming down to the club to cheer on the Gunners.
Club run and raising money for Breast Cancer Network Australia
We raised a grand total of $2,699, for BCNA, which is amazing! This money will go towards supporting women, men and families who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.
The club ran a total of 2,476 kilometres (well and truly over our goal of 500km).
The individual who ran a whopping 202kms was Roo. Well done Roo! Such an incredible effort. Roo is the winner of 1 night’s accommodation at Ibis Style Melbourne Airport Hotel.
The team that ran the most kilometres were Turf Turtles (Emily P, Nakita, Bel & Ainslee). They clocked up a total of 268kms over the week. This team is the winner of tickets to the club’s reverse raffle taking place in June.
