Following the announcement of our returning Vic League coaches, La Trobe University Hockey Club is seeking expressions of interest for five coaching positions in 2021.
Under a new five year strategy, the club is investing to build out our coaching capabilities as well as placing a greater focus on juniors, particularly as a pathway into our senior grades.
CLUB COACH
A newly established position, the Club Coach will support the Juniors and Seniors coaches in professional development, and coordinate new coaching initiatives across the club. See the Position Description for more information. This is a paid position.
UNDER 16s COACH
With a growing juniors program the club is seeking someone to take our Under 16s to the next level supporting children who are both new to hockey and showing strong skills suitable for promotion into seniors. This is a paid position.
2 x UNDER 14s COACHES
In addition to a greater investment in Under 16s, the club is also seeking to engage experienced coaches to develop our two Under 14s teams. These are paid positions.
HOOKIN2HOCKEY COACH
The club’s junior program continues to grow, we’re seeking additional coaches to facilitate sessions on Saturday mornings to support players (and their parents) into our Under 10s program.
