La Trobe University Hockey Club will hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting on Saturday 15th of November at the new KP Hardiman Reserve Pavilion.
The AGM will commence at 10am, with an agenda which includes the Annual Report, Financial Statements and Forecast, Election of Board Members, Election of Foundation Trustees, Special Resolution to Update Life Membership Nomination process and an update from the Trust.
All members are invited to attend, ask questions, and vote. Proxy forms are available, as well as a formal agenda, upon request.
Following the meeting, a light lunch will be held for 2025’s committee members as a thank you for volunteering.
