Hookin2Hockey Returns for Term 3

Do you have a future hockey player in your house? Are you looking for a fun activity that provides an opportunity for kids to learn new skills and make friends?

Hookin2Hockey is for you!

When: 22 July – 9 September 2023
Time: 9 – 10 am
Where: La Trobe University Hockey Club, KP Hardiman Reserve, Kingsbury
Cost: $70 for 8 weeks

Hookin2Hockey is Hockey Australia’s official junior program.

Open to players aged 5 to 12 years of all abilities the program is a fun and exciting introduction to the great game of hockey. Over eight weeks participants will have the opportunity to learn the basic skills of hockey, develop fundamental motor skills and make friends all while beginning their lifelong love of hockey.

Sticks and shin guards can be borrowed for the session. We ask that all participants bring their own mouthguards.

I don’t have any equipment. Can I borrow any from the Club?
Yes. We have some sticks and shin guards which can be borrowed for the session. Due to hygiene reasons, we do ask people to provide their own mouthguards. If you are unsure where to purchase a mouthguard, just let us know and we can provide some recommendations.
