With the season officially finished, La Trobe University Hockey Club is pleased to give notice for its 2022 Annual General Meeting.
2022 LTUHC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Club will hold its Annual General Meeting to finalise all reporting and finances for the 2022 season. During this meeting elections will be held for the following Board positions:
– President
– Vice President
– Secretary
– Treasurer
– Senior Director
– Masters Director
– Juniors Director
No resolutions are proposed for this meeting. Provided in email are key documents for the meeting including the 2022 AGM Agenda, 2021 AGM Minutes and the Proxy Form.
Nominations and proxies must be sent to the Secretary by no later than 10am, Friday 4 November 2022. Following the election of the seven Board positions, the remaining Committee positions can be appointed. Please chat to us if you’d like to be involved next year.
