In the run up to 2021, the Board have spent the last few months developing the club’s Five Year Strategy and 2021 Plan of Attack. These were informed by the 2020 Annual Member Survey, as well as more extensive engagement with Committee members, life members and others within the club.
The Five Year Strategy outlines the vision, objectives and priorities for 2021 – 2025.
The 2021 Plan of Attack sets the objectives for next year and a series of projects the Board is looking to achieve.
In addition to these strategies, the Board engaged the Foundation to develop a Charter of Purpose, outlining its purpose and intention.
The Charter of Purpose outlines the Foundation’s commitment to disperse funds into the club in the coming years.
