In an ongoing effort to preserve and celebrate our 53 years of history, this year the club is fundraising to build a second honour board, capturing the historical years from 1967 through to 1990 where our current one begins.
Most of the data, including the key executive volunteer positions, the Women’s and Men’s 1s Best & Fairest and Clubperson of the year, have been sourced from historical documents kept by the club over five decades. See our complete history of the Honour Boards.
To fund the project, the club is looking to fundraise $2,000 to build and backdate the honour board.
Any member or family who contributes $60 or more to the project will have their name permanently acknowledged as a donor on the board. All donations are tax deductible.
Members are asked to contact President Zac Martin (firstname.lastname@example.org) stating how much they’d be willing to contribute before the end of February. If the club reaches its funding goal, money will be collected in March.
