Grievance Resolution Policy

At the July Board Meeting a motion was passed to adopt a newly developed Grievance Resolituion Policy.

The purpose of this document is to provide all members and associates of the club with a clear process should they wish to raise a grivance or complaint against a member of the club. It also outlines the role of the newly introduced role of the Member Protection & Information Officer (MPIO), which in 2015 has been filled by Jay Winmar.

A draft document was developed internally and shared with all club members who were given the opportunity to provide feedback. It was formally adopted in July 2015.

This policy, among others and ongoing improvements in process, is part of the Club’s continued efforts and commitment to good governance and administration.
