La Trobe University Hockey Club will hold its 2018 Annual General Meeting on Saturday 27st of October at the Cauldron clubrooms at midday.
The meeting agenda includes the annual report for the 2018 season and hold elections for the Board positions for 2019. Members who are unable to attend but would like to vote can do so via proxy. For more information, please contact the Club Secretary.
The meeting will be followed by a BBQ and two exhibitions games – Juniors v Parents and an intra club match between cub alumni welcoming back former members.
Current members interested in joining the Board or Committee should speak to the Club President – we are always looking for people to assist in running the club and many positions are available.
