La Trobe University Hockey Club is pleased to announced its participation in a new ‘Women & Girls’ pilot program for the 2013 season.
The Club has already commenced implementing initiatives such as improvements to the facilities under the program and will continue to invest throughout the year.
The Gunners will be one of six Victorian clubs participating in the program, which aims to increase participation of women and girls both on and off the field by creating safe, inclusive and welcoming environments. The program is proudly supported by Hockey Victoria through the VicHealth State Sporting Association Program Grant 2011-2014.
